How to Make Carbonized Rice Hull?

  1. Pre-heating the biocharreactor 1-1.5h by your own fuel, LPG, natural gas or diesel; the high-temperature exhaust gas will be recycled to dryer for drying materials, rice hull.
  2. The rice hullcan be fed into the dryer by belt conveyor. (If the moisture of rice hull <15% or you can dry them naturally to<15%, no need for dryer). The materials will be dried by high-temperature exhaust gas generated from carbonization reactor system. The final exhaust gas can be discharged after de-dusting system.
  3. The rice hullwill be transferred to carbonization reactor system, and it takes about 20 min to get biochar. During the carbonization process, there is biogas generated and delivered to hydro-seal to be cleaned and return back to reactor combustion chamber for heating as substitute fuel. In this way, it can save your much fuel cost. The excess biogas will be burned out in waste gas combustion chamber.
  4. Final rice hull biochar will be discharged safely by water cooling auto screw discharger.
