How Do Components of Beston Pyrolysis Plant Work?
01 Feed System
- For biomass pyrolysis plant: automatic screw feeder transports raw materials into the inner cylinder of the reactor.
- For plastic/tire/oil sludge pyrolysis machine: automatic screw feeder transports materials directly into the reactor of pyrolysis equipment (No inner cylinder + outer cylinder design).
02 Pyrolysis System
Ignite the combustor to provide heat to the main reactor. The reactor always maintains a sealed, low-oxygen environment. It rotates under the action of the driving system, ensuring that the material inside is heated evenly.
- For biomass pyrolysis (380-450°C): biomass like coconut shells in the inner cylinder undergo drying and semi-carbonization. Then screw push the materials drop into the outer cylinder for complete carbonization/pyrolysis to produce biochar.
- For plastic/tyre/oil sludge pyrolysis (180-400°C): materials in the reactor decompose, producing a large amount of oil gas.
03 Condensation System
- For biomass pyrolysis: do not configure a condensation system to collect liquid products (wood vinegar and tar).
- For plastic/tire/oil sludge pyrolysis: high-temperature oil gas enters the condensing system to liquefy into fuel oil, which will be stored in oil tank.
04 Syngas Recycling System
No matter what materials pyrolysis machinery recycles, it produces much non-liquefied gas (syngas), which is purified and then sent to the burner to fuel the reactor for heating.
05 Exhaust Gas De-dusting System
High-temperature exhaust gas enters the flue condenser first. Then the cooled flue gas undergoes multiple dedusting treatments. Finally, the gas safely discharges through the chimney. This can meet EU emission standards.
06 Discharging System
When the solid products (biochar, carbon black, or others) reach the set level in the reactor, the discharging system activates. After water-cooling heat exchange process, solid products are discharged by the screw discharger. Once the solid products fall below the set level, discharging stops until the sensors issue a restart signal.
