3 Technology Innovations of BLJ-20
Pyrolysis Plant

Fractional Distillation Technology
One-Step Process for Naphtha and Non-Standard Diesel
Streamlined Production:
- Naphtha with a boiling point below 200°C is directed to the light oil tank.
- Non-standard diesel above 200°C is sent to the heavy oil tank.
Enhance oil quality and market value
Reduce operation cost

Large-capacity Reactor: ø2800*10000
50% in Processing Capacity
Plastic Waste 12-13 tons/day
Tire Waste18-20 tons/day
Oil Sludge20-25 tons/day

Thermal Dynamic Sealing & Flexible High-temperature Insulation Technology
High Safety
Better sealing performance
No oil vapor leaks
No open flames
Minimal thermal hazards
Acceptable Waste Feedstocks

Plastic for Pyrolysis
Acceptable plastics types: PP, PE, PS, and others without chlorine and oxygen (Note: PET/PVC can not be pyrolyzed)

Tyres for Pyrolysis
Acceptable tyres types: Passenger tires, commercial tires, OTR tires, etc.

Oil Sludge for Pyrolysis
Acceptable oil sludge types: Landing oil sludge, oil-contaminated sand, tank bottom oil sludge, etc.
Multiple Applications of Pyrolysis Products

Naphtha / Naphtha Production from Non-condensable Gas
- Chemical Feedstock: Used to produce propylene, butadiene, and ethylene for plastics, rubber, and other synthetic materials.
- Fuel Production: Can be catalytically reformed into gasoline or used to produce kerosene, jet fuel, and other fuel oils.
- Solvent Applications: Industrial and laboratory solvent for adhesives, coatings, inks, and extractions.
Non-Standard Diesel
- Industrial Fuel: Suits for boilers, furnaces and more to replace traditional fuel oil.
- Power Generation: Used as fuel for diesel generators.
- Marine and Construction Machinery Fuel: Direct use in ships, construction, or agricultural machinery where emission standards are less strict.

rCB (Recovered Carbon Black)
- The rCB, a kind of eco-friendly material, is a key ingredient in the manufacture of eco-friendly tires.
- The rCB can be directly used in the production of cement, asphalt, inks, coatings, and other industrial materials.
