Byproducts You can Get from a Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Machine
- Pyrolysis oil: also called as tire oil, can be reprocessed by waste oil distillation machine to extract diesel if the customers want to sell it at a better price. The diesel can be used as fuel oil to many large types of machinery.
- Carbon black from tyre pyrolysis: sell directly; can be reprocessed through carbon black grinding plant, if reach to the standard of N330, it will be used in much wider areas, such as producing Chinese ink, black dye, paint, and the rubber reinforcing filler, etc.
- Steel wires: sell directly on the market; recycle them in steel factories as raw material to make steel bars.
- Combustible gas: generated during the pyrolysis process and can be reused to supply heat for the pyrolysis reactor.
Oil Yield
The oil yield of our plants are high. In general, the tire oil yield is about 45%. Other rubber products like rubber cable leather, shoe soles are also about 35%.
