NO.1 includes dedusting tower, manifold, residue tank + short section, hydro-seal, oil condenser, chimney, vanitation pipe, oil tank, water cooling, slag, flue condenser, atomized water tank, reducer and base.
NO.2 included pickling tube, caustic wash tank, vacuum tank, ton bag 1 (20 bags of cement), ton bag 2 (20 bags of cement), etc..
NO.3 includes white clay pot, steam boiler, distillation reactor, metal pad, flange, 3-way value, 4-way value, blower, spray gun, vacuum pump head and other accessories.
NO.4 includes drain box, atomized water tank, chimney, cooling tower, dedusting tower, hydro-seal, electric control cabinet, ton bag, etc.
NO.5 includes oil condenser, combustion chamber, filter press, 65 tubes, electric control cabinet, ton bag, vanitation pipe, 3-way value, oil pump, ball valve, 89 ball valve.
NO.6 includes pyrolysis reactor, base, casing, reducer and various accessories.
NO.7 includes distillation tower, flue condenser, raw materials, oil storage tank and many other accessories.
The waste tire and plastic to diesel plant includes 2 parts: pyrolysis machine and distillation machine. The pyrolysis machine to Mexico in used for converting waste plastics and tires into fuel oil, while the oil distillation plant is used for converting the fuel oil into diesel. The whole oil generation line will help solve waste pollution problem and turn waste into treasure.
