Work Flow of BTF8-8 Egg Tray Machine

Step 1: Pulp Slurry Preparation

Waste paper is processed by the hydrapulper with water to make coarse pulp. The pulp is then transferred to the homogenization pool for further concentration adjustment. Finally, the prepared pulp is stored in the finished pulp pool.

Step 2: Pulp Molding

The pulp pump conveys the prepared pulp to the forming machine. Under under the suction power of vacuum pumps, the pulp adheres to molds to form egg trays. The air compressor then blows the formed egg trays off the molds.

Step 3: Metal Drying

The metal drying line utilizes flexible fuel options (such as natural gas, diesel, or LPG) to generate hot air at 180°C to 220°C to dry egg trays. Fans rapidly removes evaporated water. Once dried, the egg trays are conveyed to the packing machine.

Step 4: Egg Tray Packing (Optional)

The automatic stacker arranges dried egg trays into neat piles to improve space utilization. The packing machine compresses the piles to reduce volume for easier storage and transport. Finally, the packed trays are ready for delivery and sale.

Main Components of BTF8-8 Paper Egg Tray Machine

02What is the ratio of paper to water for egg tray making?

The precise mixing ratio by weight varies across different production stages:

  • Pulping Stage: 1:5 to 1:6. Waste paper is processed by our high-consistency hydrapulper.
  • Pulping Blending Stage: 1:10 to 1:15. The pulp is further diluted in the homogenization pool to maintain stable consistency.
  • Drying Stage: 1:2 to 1:3. Excess moisture of egg trays is removed via evaporation.
