If you plan to produce egg trays on a large scale, BTF8-8 egg tray machine is a good choice. Generally, the machine’s output is 8000-9000 pcs/h. The machine can convert waste paper resources into valuable pulp products: such as egg trays, egg boxes, fruit trays, coffee trays, etc. This machine not only achieves sustainable use of resources but also brings income to investors. In particular, among Chinese egg tray machine manufacturers, this model of Beston Group adopts the first 8-8 egg tray production line. Therefore, if you want to maximize egg tray production, choosing Beston is the right choice.

Main Components of BTF8-8 Pulp Egg Tray Plant
BTF8-8 pulp molding machine consists of several main components. They all have essential functions.
Hydraulic Pulper
Pulp Beater
Pulp Pump
Forming Machine
Vacuum Pump
Air Compressor
Metal Dryer
Packing Machine
Component | Function |
---|---|
Hydraulic Pulper | Crush the paper raw material into cellulose form. This facilitates the subsequent pulping and molding process. |
Pulp Beater | Mix the slurry evenly to stabilize the concentration. This ensures consistency and high quality in the end product. |
Pulp Pump | Transport the prepared slurry from the pulping system to the forming machine. |
Forming Machine | Mold the pulp material into the desired shape of an egg tray or other paper product. |
Vacuum Pump | Suck The slurry onto the forming mold. In addition, drain the moisture from the egg tray. |
Air Compressor | Blow the egg tray from the forming mold to the transfer mold. Then, blow the egg tray onto the conveyor belt. |
Metal Dryer | Take away the moisture in the wet tray and get the dry finished tray. |
Packing Machine | Save space and thus transportation costs. |
Work Flow of BTF8-8 Egg Tray Machine
Pulp Slurry Preparation
In the first step, the hydraulic pulper processes waste paper, transforming it into rough pulp with the assistance of water. Next, the homogenization pool receives this rough pulp, where a pulp beater refines it and adjusts its concentration. After adjusting the concentration, the pulp is ready to supply to the forming machine in the finished pulp pool.
Pulp Molding
A pulp pump conveys the finished pulp from the finished pulp pool to the forming machine. Next, under the suction power of a vacuum pump, the pulp is drawn up onto molds to shape it into an egg tray. Subsequently, with the assistance of an air compressor’s blowing force, the formed egg tray is released from the molds.
Metal Drying
The metal drying line uses fuel (gas) as a heat source, heats the air, and dries the formed pulp products in hot air (180~220°C). It uses a fan to extract the evaporated moisture of the product to achieve a rapid drying effect. After drying, the end product enters the packing machine.
NOTE: By using a heat press, the egg tray has a smoother texture and a harder material. In addition, pulp products other than egg trays must be hot pressed.

NOTE: The equipment model in this demonstration video is a BTF5-8 egg tray machine. Compared with the model BTF8-8, the difference between the two is basically the output.
