Natural Drying in the Sun

- Suitable for a small scale egg tray production (suitable for 2000 pieces or less);
- Lowest egg tray drying cost and quick return on cost;
- Large area required for the site;
- Affected by temperature and wind, the natural drying method is adapted to the countries and regions with high temperatures throughout the year;
- Usually, it will take 4 hours to dry the molded pulp trays at 30℃ and 3 hours at 38-40℃;
- Needs labor; suitable for areas with cheap labor.
Brick Egg Tray Dryer

- Automatic drying method; economical and practical;
- Suitable for 2500 pieces and above; medium scale production;
- The brick egg tray drying machine needs to use a lot of refractory bricks, refractory materials, red bricks, cement boards and other materials for customer’s site construction (so the customers shall pay attention to the local cost of the bricks.);
- The drying of egg trays is not affected by the weather, and the drying effect is good;
- The acceptable fuels are natural gas, diesel, coal, and wood (the specific requirements shall be different in different areas and countries due to emission standards).
- Not suitable for the places where bricks are expensive;
- It is single-layered, so it needs enough land space;
- Needs less labor;
Now we move to the drying system of the plant.
- What our client built is a brick drying system. The overall length of this is about 70m. Many customer choose to use metal dryer for a big capacity like this in order to save some space. For the metal dryer is can reduce to only 45m long.
- This is the combustion chamber with natural gas burner, it can also be heated by diesel, LPG or even coal. This blower working with the burner.
- The structure inside is symmetrical, with two blower on each side it creates a circulation of hot air inside. The drying efficiency of this system is high, after about 20 minutes the wet eggtray will come out dry and sturdy.
- At last we arrive at the end part of the process where the eggtray come out and being collected. Usually 2-3 people will be working around this area.
- That is the auto tray collector. It also count the number by sensors and show on the dashboard on the other side.
- From here we will weigh the trays and pack it. Usually we pack it with 70pcs/pack or 100pcs/pack depending on buyers request. The weight of each tray here is about 100g, overseas is about 80g.

Metal Egg Tray Drying System

- Automatic drying method;
- Used for the customers who limited land space; less floor area but higher cost and efficiency;
- There are two kinds of metal egg tray drying systems, the single layer and the multiple layers, so the customer can choose according to the actual production scale;
