Working Process of BTF6-8 Egg Tray Machine

Step 1: Pulping

Put waste paper and water into the hydraulic pulper at a ratio of 1:3. After 20 minutes, the paper becomes paper pulp. Then, paper pulp enters the homogenization pulp pool, where it is stirred to the desired stock concentration. Finally, the paper pulp enters the finished pulp pool.

Step 2: Molding

Under the action of the vacuum system, paper pulp enters the molding machine. Excess water is separated through the water vapor separation tank. Then the pulp fibers begin to bond together to form the shape of egg tray inside the mold.

Step 3: Drying

After pulping and molding, egg trays carry high moisture content. The automatic metal drying line then dehydrates the wet egg trays. This yields finished egg tray products ready for market delivery.
