Step 1: Pulping

First of all, put waste paper and water into the hydraulic pulper at a ratio of 1:3. After 20 minutes, the paper becomes paper pulp, flowing into the pulp pool. Then paper pulp enters the homogenization pulp pool, where it is stirred to the desired stock concentration. Finally, the paper pulp enters the finished pulp pool.

Step 2: Molding

Under the action of the vacuum system, paper pulp enters the molding machine. Excess water is separated through the water vapor separation tank. Then the pulp fibers begin to bond together to form the shape of egg tray inside the mold.

Step 3: Drying

After pulping molding, egg trays usually contain high moisture. At this point, the automatic metal drying line drying will dry the wet egg trays. Finally, the egg tray product ready for sale is formed.

Note: The model in the video is BTF5-8. But you can still get a general sense of how the machine operates from the video. The only change inside is the molding mold. You are able to choose the molds as you like.
