Operation Flow of Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Equipment

  1. The screw feeder feeds plastic wastes into the reactor automatically. But if you choose the batch type machine, the feeding will be operated manually. The oil gas will be generated as the interior temperature of the pyrolysis reactor get to related temperature after heating.
  2. The oil gas enters into the manifold, heavy particles of the oil gas will be liquefied into heavy oil and dropped into heavy oil tank; the light oil gas will be liquefied into fuel oil by the condenser and reserved in fuel oil tank.
  3. Combustible gas produced by the pyrolysis process will be desulfurated and cleansed in the hydro seal and then be recycled in the burning room as the heating source.
  4. The smoke generated when heating the reactor will be cooled down in the flue condenser at first. After that, it will go to the de-dust system and spray tower for de-dusting, washing, water spray, ceramic ring adsorption and activated carbon absorption. Finally, it will be discharged safely, meeting the EU environmental protection and emission standards.
