Installation of Plastic Pyrolysis Plant in Morocco

Main Furnace

The main furnace was first hoisted to the preset position. Installation team paved the casing with refractory mud. In addition, they laid the equipment with insulation cotton. All went smoothly in strict accordance with the design requirements. All of these ensure the thermal efficiency and safety of the pyrolysis plant.

Feeding System

After assembling the main furnace, the team first assembled the hydraulic feeding system. Then, they docked the furnace door with feeding system to ensure smooth feeding and safe operation. This avoids any obstacles in the feeding process.

Condensation System

The installation of the condensation system includes system positioning, hoisting and pipeline welding. We installed all system components according to the design standards. Thus, it ensures that the oil gas efficiently cool down and become usable oil products.

Debugging Plastic Pyrolysis Machine in Morocco

Air Tightness Debugging

Beston installation engineers test the air tightness of the equipment on site. This ensures that all connection points are leak-free and meet the design requirements. Strict air tightness ensures the safety and stability of plastic pyrolysis plant in actual operation.

Oil Output Test

With waste tires as raw materials, a series of oil output debugging was carried out. This ensures the efficiency of the pyrolysis process. By optimizing the pyrolysis conditions, the equipment achieves the oil production expected by Moroccan customers. This ensures the production benefits of the project.
