1. Egg tray pulping system
Feed the waste paper and water into the pulping machine, and after about 20 minutes of high-concentration stirring, the pulp is automatically transported to the pulp storage tank for storage and stirring. Then the slurry is transported to the slurry tank by the slurry supply pump and stirred to the required consistency, and then transported to the forming machine.
2. Egg tray molding system
The egg tray molding machine absorbs the paper pulp (delivered by the slurry pump to the hopper of the molding machine) to the mould of the molding machine through the suction of the vacuum system to absorb the excess water into the sewage tank; After the mould of the molding machine absorbs the pulp, it is molded, and then the manipulator of the molding machine takes out the finished product.
