Last week, Beston carbonization machine factory got visitors who came all the way from Spain and wanted to understand more about our charcoal machines.
The customers have known the name of Beston before and they are very interested in carbonizing coconut shells into biochar. Therefore, the factory director, engineers and the sales consultants of Beston firstly had a meeting with the customers and explained the working principles of the machine. They also talked about the details and some specific designs of the latest type of charcoal making machine.
The Spanish customers are very content with our machine and showed great interests in purchasing. After the meeting, the director and sales consultants accompanied them to visit the workshop and prepared the demonstration equipment for them in particular. They watched the whole process of coconut shell charcoal production in the demonstration equipment. The high-efficiency and high quality of the charcoal satisfied the customers. They also asked some questions about the rice husk charcoal machine when they saw the rice husk in the workshop. And the sales consultant explained to them patiently.
Finally, the Spanish customers talked a lot more details of the machine and they were deeply impressed by the high-quality, advanced design and considerate service of Beston and they were very positive about a future cooperation with us.
