On March 21, 2025, we shared an update on the installation and commissioning of the pyrolysis project in Morocco. As of now, the project has entered a stable operational phase and continues to deliver value to the customer. Read on for key outcome achieved:

- LDPE plastic: 6 tons per batch, oil yield approximately 65%
- Waste tires: 5–6 tons per batch, oil yield around 40%
The client is highly satisfied with the oil quality and energy-saving results. A stable supply of self-produced fuel oil has been achieved, significantly reducing the reliance on and cost of externally purchased diesel.

The client aims to achieve the following objectives by introducing pyrolysis equipment :
- Utilize recycled plastics and waste tires as feedstock to produce fuel oil through pyrolysis;
- Use the self-produced pyrolysis oil as an energy source to power the factory and reduce energy costs;
- Ensure stable equipment operation and reliable oil quality to secure long-term economic benefits.

Precisely Matched Equipment Model
We recommended the BLJ-16 pyrolysis unit, compatible with LDPE plastic and waste tire feedstocks. This model meets the client’s daily fuel output needs and offers strong economic performance and operational stability.

Enhanced Oil Quality Assurance
The system is equipped with a dual-catalyst setup to prevent blockage from plastic wax oil and to improve the purity of the pyrolysis oil, ensuring it can be directly used as an industrial heat source.

Secured Long-Term Stable Operation
The main reactor is made from Q245R steel, offering high pressure and temperature resistance. Our engineering team provided on-site installation, commissioning, operator training, and maintenance guidance to ensure efficient equipment performance.
