Our customer in Nigeria heard “Beston Group” through our old customer. The old customer was very satisfied with our plant, so he introduced us to the customer in Nigeria.
Confirm requirement with customer in Nigeria
Through a period of contact, we have learned that the Nigerian customer wanted to get involved in fuel oil sludge treatment and preferred a large capacity. Based on the customer’s requirement, our sales manager customized an solution for him: BLL-16 continuous oil sludge pyrolysis plant, to recycle oil sludge into fuel oil, water and sand.
Solve problem for customer
In the cooperation process, there were many problems to be solved, to finally win the customer’s satisfactory. The biggest problem encountered at the time was local foreign exchange controls. But through the joint efforts of both parties, we received the payment from Nigerian customer and successfully placed order.
Production and stocking
After received the order from the Nigerian customer, we notify the factory to actively produce and stockpile, to ensure the delivery is completed by the date agreed in the contract without any error.
Shipment and installation
The continuous pyrolysis plant was shipped out from factory in March 2022. The goods were expected to ship from Qingdao port on March 31, 2022 and arrive in Onne port on May 20, 2022. The pyrolysis plant will be installed by online guidance, which has been performed many times.
