    What is Continuous Pyrolysis Process?

  • Preheat the main pyrolysis reactor. The preheating time is about 3-4 hours.
  • Convey the waste to the automatic feeder by a belt conveyor. During the feeding process, the insert gas (nitrogen) protection system helps reduce the entry of oxygen.
  • After entering the main reactor, the raw materials will undergo complete decomposition at high temperatures. During this process, accurate temperature control technology for high-temperature flue gas reuse with dual fans helps maintain temperature control.
  • The flue gas in the main reactor undergoes treatment through an activated carbon dust collector, electrostatic precipitator, denitration tower charging tank, and chemical tower to meet European emission standards.
  • After undergoing treatment with an air pump, condenser, and water-sealed tank, the syngas can be directly used for combustion in the combustion chamber.
