How to Make Bamboo Charcoal?
NO.1 Preheating and Feeding Process
Preheating the bamboo charcoal reactor. After 60-90 minutes, feed waste bamboo into the biochar pyrolysis reactor by manual labor or an automatic sealed feeder.
NO.2 Bamboo Carbonization Process
When the temperature reaches above 200 degrees, the reaction begins. The bamboo goes through high-temperature pyrolysis, syngas volatilization, sulfur release, and carbon enrichment. The process of carbonization is finished within 15-25 minutes.
NO.3 Discharging Process
The bamboo charcoal is discharged by a three-stage sealed and water-cooling discharger or manual labor force. The wood tar and wood vinegar are collected in tanks respectively.
NO.4 Treatment Process of Combustible Gas and Emission Gas
A large amount of syngas (combustible gas) is produced in the carbonization process. It is piped to the first-stage cyclone dust collector for duct removal. After purification, the syngas is converted into combustible fuel gas and then introduced into the main furnace as the heating source.
After heating source utilization, the hot smoke goes through the cyclone de-dusting system and condenser for purification. After being purified, the hot smoke is discharged under the emission standards.
