Yesterday, two sets of Beston pyrolysis plants, one was BLL-20 and the other BLJ-16, were packaged in the factory, ready for shipping to the Philippines recently.
The Philippine customer has ordered two sets of machines to process the waste tyres and rubber waste. They have plenty of raw materials to process and also have enough fund to run this recycling system, so they finally chose a new technology fully automatic tyre pyrolysis plant and a semi-continuous one. The total output of the two sets of rubber tyre pyrolysis plants is about 50 tons per day, which can easily satisfy their needs. It is worth mentioning that the Philippine customer chose the Three-in-One Oil Discharging System. It is a newly designed system which combines the process of condensing, liquefaction and discharging together, so as to save processing time and improve the working efficiency. At the same time, this design saves more space of the plant. We are honored that our designs and quality of plants have gained recognition and trust from the customer.
Now the preliminary packaging of the two sets of machines is in progress, and the next step is to deliver them out to the port and then ship to the customer’s place. Beston will also send a team of engineers and sales consultants to the customer’s place by convention. They will stay in the Philippines for a while and help with the assembling, commissioning and training for the local operators.
