Normally, there is no need to add any additives. When you wanna produce colorful egg trays, add color additive.

Metal drying system (automated drying):

• Drying is not affected by the weather;
• Easy installation;
• Egg tray drying effect is good.

Metal drying takes about 15-20 minutes.

We have different models with production capacity from 2500pcs to 9000pcs per hour.

Please kindly confirm the machine model you need. For the model confirming, I need to know what is the production capacity do you want, 3000pcs per hour, 5000pcs per hour, 7000pcs per hour or other requirement? After confirming the machine model, the area space will be sent to you accordingly.

Natural gas and diesel.

There are three conditions. Firstly, the temperature in the bricking drying system is 180-200℃. Secondly, in the metal drying system, the temperature of top layer is about 200℃; the temperature of medium layer is about 150℃; the temperature of bottom layer is about 70℃.

Final paper trays reach about 35℃. Egg trays in drying system reach 200-300℃. When egg trays are transported to outside, they are about 60-70℃.

Yes, the egg tray plant can make different trays at the same time. For example, AAB (two egg trays and one egg carton), ABA, ABC.

Molds for many different products can be used on the same machine. It means that one machine can produce many products, and you only need to buy additional molds.

Firstly, we provide plastic and aluminum mould. In a good maintenance, plastic mould can be used for about 5 years. Aluminum mould can be used for 7 years. When producing egg trays above 2000 pieces/h, we recommend aluminum mould. Secondly, we offer free standard mould. Besides, we can customize molds according to customer’s need.

Beston provides customized service, you just need to send us the egg tray drawings or local egg tray samples, we will customize for you.

When pulping, you can add coloring agent in the slurry pool or pulping pool. Beston supplies coloring agent, but due to customs controls we recommend you purchase them locally.
