On January 26th, 2026, Beston Group hosted a highly anticipated on-site operation tour of its BST-06 Max Biochar Machine at the pilot plant of its Jiaozuo Factory. A group of industry experts and partners were invited to the event. They witnessed the entire production process, from the intelligent startup of the equipment to the stable output of high-quality biochar. Additionally, we held a meeting to discuss the integration of the dMRV system into production and the future development of biochar technology. Here’s a quick recap of key moments from the event.
BST-06 Max biochar machine was started for material testing of waste wood chips. Visiting experts gathered around the PLC intelligent control panel to watch the engineer’s operation. Afterwards, the experts visited the manufacturing workshop. They witnessed firsthand the precision machining of core equipment components and the rigorous welding and assembly processes. Our engineers accompanied the experts throughout the visit and answered their questions.
In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, visiting experts and Beston’s technical and business team had in-depth exchanges on the development trend of the biochar industry, the practical application of biochar equipment and potential cooperation directions. This session not only enhanced mutual understanding between the two sides, but also laid a solid foundation for subsequent exploration of industrial chain cooperation.
After lunch break, the experts returned to the experimental base. They saw the entire process of wood chip pyrolysis into biochar, and even had the opportunity to touch freshly produced biochar. The group then visited the factory’s specialized laboratory. Researchers showed the experts various biomass raw material samples and corresponding finished biochar samples produced by BST-06 Max.
During the meeting, Beston’s technical team presented their cutting-edge biochar production solutions. Following this, the technical lead answered key questions in a Q&A session, further demonstrating the reliability of our technology. Additionally, a presentation by a dMRV partner focused on digital monitoring, traceability, and carbon removal accounting in biochar production.
This biochar machine operation on-Site tour demonstrated how biochar technology has moved from concept to stable, replicable industrial operation. We sincerely thank all the experts and partners for taking time out of their busy schedules to attend, share their valuable experience and expertise, and actively participate in the discussions. Beston Group will continue to host site visits in 2026. We look forward to seeing you again at the next event!
