On June 26, 2026, Beston Group successfully hosted a live operation demonstration at our oil sludge pyrolysis project site in Hubei, China. The clients witnessed the equipment’s efficient performance firsthand and engaged in deep technical discussions with our engineering team.
Since oil sludge has a very complex composition, the clients closely inspected the raw material on-site. Seeing this actual waste provided them with a valuable practical reference for managing and treating their own material in future projects.
Equipped with safety helmets, the visitors were guided into the heart of the sludge pyrolysis site. Stepping onto the production floor allowed the clients to observe the thermal desorption unit closely, gaining a transparent, authentic understanding of how oil sludge is processed safely at scale.
Inside the control room, the client explored our “digital brain”—the PLC monitoring system. We showcased how every critical metric, from temperature zones to pressure levels, is tracked in real time, proving the high automation, safety, and stability of our technology.
The visit tour concluded with an in-depth technical Q&A. Our technical engineers provided comprehensive explanations of the pyrolysis mechanics, engaging in a highly productive dialogue that thoroughly addressed the client’s specific operational and economic queries.
