The customer in Turkey wanted to buy one set of BST-50 charcoal making machine with dryer to recycle various kinds of fruit husks, mainly olive husks. He will use the final charcoal for further processing or direct sales.
Technical issues. Customers directly requestedmaximum output, so there were a lot of technical issues that need to be confirmed with customers.
Delivery issues. The customer asked us to deliver as fast as possible. We allocated all the resources to meet customer’s requirements as much as possible, and customers are very satisfied.
The customer is Turkey felt happy in the whole cooperation process and satisfied with Beston service. He has also clearly stated that he would buy a few more lines if the charcoal manufacturing machine running well.
