Beston Group Successfully Held the BST-06 Max Biochar Machine Operation On-Site Tour

On January 26th, 2026, Beston Group hosted a highly anticipated on-site operation tour of its BST-06 Max Biochar Machine at the pilot plant of its Jiaozuo Factory. A group of industry experts and partners were invited to the event. They witnessed the entire production process, from the intelligent startup of the equipment to the stable output of high-quality biochar. Additionally, we held a meeting to discuss the integration of the dMRV system into production and the future development of biochar technology. Here’s a quick recap of key moments from the event.

Morning Session: Equipment Startup & Workshop Tour

BST-06 Max biochar machine was started for material testing of waste wood chips. Visiting experts gathered around the PLC intelligent control panel to watch the engineer’s operation. Afterwards, the experts visited the manufacturing workshop. They witnessed firsthand the precision machining of core equipment components and the rigorous welding and assembly processes. Our engineers accompanied the experts throughout the visit and answered their questions.

After lunch break, the experts returned to the experimental base. They saw the entire process of wood chip pyrolysis into biochar, and even had the opportunity to touch freshly produced biochar. The group then visited the factory’s specialized laboratory. Researchers showed the experts various biomass raw material samples and corresponding finished biochar samples produced by BST-06 Max.
