On January 22, 2026, Beston Group successfully held an on-site operation tour of the BLJ-20 plastic pyrolysis equipment at its pilot plant. Numerous industry experts were invited to visit Beston Factory in Jiaozuo City to witness firsthand the entire process from ignition to continuous oil production.

1. Core Technology: Pyrolysis-Distillation Integrated Plant
The focal point of the event was the new BLJ-20 pyrolysis-distillation integrated plant, launched in September 2025. This innovative system breaks away from the traditional segmented pyrolysis and distillation process, realizing seamless integration of the workflow. This significantly reduces energy consumption and improves the quality of the oil products.

2. Event Highlights Recap
Morning Session: 10:10 AM – 11:30 AM: Equipment Operation Tour
📍 Location: Beston Factory-Pilot Base and Manufacturing Workshop
At 10:10 AM, the ignition command was issued, and the BLJ-20 pilot plant officially started operation. Visitors observed the ignition ceremony on-site and gained an in-depth understanding of the equipment’s structure. Following this, the group moved to the manufacturing workshop to know strict production management system (materials, welding, etc.).
Afternoon Session: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Expert Technical Q&A
📍 Location: Meeting Room
At 2:30 PM, the technical team Q&A session on the BLJ-20. The technical leaders addressed key concerns of the attendees, such as temperature control precision, operating costs, and ROI (Return on Investment). Attendees gained better insights into the commercial potential of this technology.
Afternoon Session: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Oil Samples Display
📍 Location: Pilot Base / Sample Display Area
At around 4:00 PM, the equipment had been running stably for about 6 hours, with consistent oil output. Guests visited the oil sampling area and observed freshly produced naphtha and non-standard diesel samples. They were impressed by the improvements in oil quality.
- Naphtha: Clear in color, it is a high-quality raw material for the chemical industry.
- Non-standard Diesel: Can be directly used for industrial combustion or further refining.
