5 Steps of Biochar Making Process in Egypt

Feed waste biomass or sludge into the biochar reactor.
Heat the combustion chamber. With temperature increasing, the reaction begins.
When the charcoal is generated, it will be discharged by water-cooling discharger or manual labor.
The wood tar and wood vinegar can be collected respectively into tanks.
Emission gas is purified by de-dusting system. After purified, the emission gas meets the Emission standards.
