On March 30, 2026, Beston Group hosted an on-site operational demonstration event for its BLL-30 continuous pyrolysis equipment at its manufacturing base. The event invited numerous partners to step directly into the workshop for an inspection of the processing workflow for waste tire granules.

On-Site Highlights: An Open Technical Showcase
Beston Group has always maintained that a “hands-on, on-site experience” is the ultimate demonstration of a product’s real performance. The core value of the BLL-30 continuous pyrolysis plant lies in its advanced industrial design and reliable 30-day continuous operation.

Visit Production Workshop
Wearing hard hats and safety vests, visitors were guided onto the workshop floor. We believe true understanding of equipment performance comes from observing the actual production environment. Visitors observed welding process, quality control process and other core production steps.

Witness Real Machine Operation
Visitors observed, at close quarters, the transformation process of tire granules within the enclosed system. Unlike batch-type equipment, the BLL-30 demonstrated continuous feeding and slag discharge capabilities, providing tangible proof of its high efficiency in large-scale industrial production settings.

Face-to-Face Technical Q&A
Standing right beside the machinery, Beston engineers answered detailed questions such as mechanical structures, condensing efficiency, and control precision. This kind of technical exchange, grounded in a real operating environment, turned abstract data into tangible, easy-to-understand realities.

Genuine Feedback from Clients
The most rewarding part of the day was the feedback from our partners. Visitors highlighted the “valuable experience” of witnessing the full startup and operational process firsthand. While we received appreciation for our hospitality and technical explanations, we also valued the constructive feedback from our clients—such as the call for “more detailed information to be presented.”

Looking Ahead
In 2026, Beston Group will continue to arrange project and factory site visits. We welcome global partners to schedule on-site visits to jointly explore the optimal pathways for solid waste recycling — including waste plastics, tires, oil sludge and biomass.
