Plastic pyrolysis project update! 3 sets of plastic pyrolysis plants have successfully arrived at the installation site in Finland. The project aims to efficiently convert waste plastics into fuel oil through advanced pyrolysis technology. As a result, Finnish customers can achieve resource recycling and achieve the EU’s sustainable energy development goals. Now, the preparations for the installation have been completed and the equipment is being installed. Below is the latest progress of the project and related pictures.
Transport Process of Plastic Pyrolysis Plant to Finland
China to Finland
After plastic pyrolysis equipment departed from the Beston factory in China, it went through sea and land transportation for dozens of days. Finally, they arrived at the Finnish port smoothly. During the entire transportation process, our shipping team updated the cargo dynamics in real time and maintained high-frequency communication with customers. This ensures that Finnish customers have a clear grasp of the transportation progress, customs clearance, and document preparation.
From Port to Installation Site
The winter climate in Finland is very cold, and the road from the port to the installation site is often covered with ice and snow. The customer team has rich experience in snow transportation operations. They adopted professional transportation solutions and special vehicles. Finally, the equipment arrived safely at the installation base. There was no delay due to extreme weather throughout the process.

Preparation for Plastic Pyrolysis Machine Installation in Finland
Hoisting & Positioning
In the early stage, our technical team conducted a detailed survey of the installation site of the Finnish customer. Therefore, we planned the equipment layout, hoisting path and safe working area for the customer in advance. After the equipment arrived, the engineer guided the customer to complete the hoisting positioning to ensure the precise positioning of the three pyrolysis reactors.
Installation Planning
We assist customers in providing a detailed list of tools and technicians. The customer’s technical team worked efficiently with our installation engineers. We worked together to prepare for the layout of each component, pipe connection & welding, and electrical component assembly. This laid the foundation for subsequent commissioning.

Beston Group Continues to Support Sustainable Plastic Recycling
The 3 plastic pyrolysis plants are in the installation phase. We will continue to update you with commissioning & operation information in the future. Beston Group’s cooperation with Finnish customers further confirms the feasibility of plastic pyrolysis technology in Europe. Together, we will fulfill our global plastic neutralization commitment.
