Project Configuration Overview

• Model: 3 sets of BLJ-16 plastic pyrolysis machine
• Capacity: 12–16 tons/day per set
• Special configuration: dual system (manifold + catalytic system)

Function of Dual System

• Manifold: It acts as a buffer, separating solid residues and slag oil from the oil gas, which helps improve pyrolysis oil quality.
• Catalytic System: It decomposes wax oil, prevents pipeline blockages, and enhances oil yield and quality.

Benefits of Dual System

• Enable a single pyrolysis machine to handle diverse materials, including waxy plastics, waxy oil sludge, common tires, and oil sludge.
• No need for separate machines to process different waste, thus reducing redundant investments.
