What is Pyrolysis Process in Turkey?
- Feeding: The raw materials, such as waste plastic, tire, or oil sludge, are loaded into the reactor either manually or through a feeder.
- Pyrolysis: Heat the reactor. As the temperature rises, it initiates the pyrolysis process. Oil gas and liquid oil are produced in the main furnace.
- Dishcarging: The oil gas will go through a condenser and hydroseal for purification. After being purified, the oil gas is used for heating. The liquid oil will drop into a tank.
- Dedusting: The hot air within the reactor will go through various purification procedures, like ceramic ring absorption, water spray, and condensation. Final discharged smoke meets emission standards.
