Here comes the latest news! A set of BLJ-16 tyre pyrolysis plant has entered the commissioning stage in Saudi Arabia. The installation of the machine begins in early 2023. At present, we have completed the basic installation. After debugging and test runs without errors, the customer will officially put the machine into production. Beston’s technical team provided support throughout the process to ensure the project runs smoothly. Next are photos from the installation site.
Basic Information on Tyre Recycling Project in Saudi Arabia
This customer in Saudi Arabia hopes to process scrap tyres in batches on a large scale, so we recommend the model BLJ-16 to this customer. In addition, this customer wants to improve the machine’s feeding efficiency. Therefore, we add a hydraulic feeding system to the customer based on the standard configuration. Considering the hot local weather, a water-cooled screw extractor is also included in the configuration range. This greatly increases the cooling rate after carbon black is discharged. The following is the basic information of the project.
- Waste type: end-of-life tyres;
- Recycling method: tyre to pyrolysis oil/carbon black/steel wire;
- End product use: alternative fuel;
- Equipment model: BLJ-16 tyre pyrolysis plant;
- Processing capacity: 12-16 tons/day;
- Configuration plan: hydraulic feed + water-cooled screw extractor + 3-in-1 condensation system;
Other Recycling Projects in Saudi Arabia
Waste recycling projects currently have great development opportunities in Saudi Arabia. Apart from tyre recycling projects, Beston Group’s pyrolysis technology also applies to other recycling projects in Saudi Arabia. These projects contribute to the sustainable development of Saudi Arabia.
Biomass Recycling
Saudi Arabia generates a large amount of waste biomass every year, which may come from forestry, agriculture, food processing, and wood processing. Different from tyre pyrolysis, the main product of biomass pyrolysis is mainly charcoal/biochar, which can be used for barbecue, hookah, soil remediation, and carbon sequestration, etc.
Oil Sludge Recycling
As a pillar industry in Saudi Arabia, the oil industry produces a huge amount of oil sludge every year. The recycling of such resources often involves harmless treatment. This is exactly what pyrolysis technology enables.
Plastic Recycling
The massive accumulation of waste plastic is an ecological problem in many countries and regions, including Saudi Arabia. Pyrolysis technology can provide a reduction solution for plastic recycling, thereby alleviating the negative environmental impact caused by waste plastics.
