Here comes the latest news! A set of BLJ-16 tyre pyrolysis plant has entered the commissioning stage in Saudi Arabia. The installation of the machine begins in early 2023. At present, we have completed the basic installation. After debugging and test runs without errors, the customer will officially put the machine into production. This customer in Saudi Arabia hopes to process scrap tyres in batches on a large scale, so we recommend the model BLJ-16 to this customer. In addition, this customer wants to improve the machine’s feeding efficiency. Therefore, we add a hydraulic feeding system to the customer based on the standard configuration. Considering the hot local weather, a water-cooled screw extractor is also included in the configuration range. This greatly increases the cooling rate after carbon black is discharged.
