General Working Flow of Beston Garbage Separation Machine for Sale
- Garbage will be sent to the plate feeder and then be fed onto the uniform materials spreader. The spreader will put all the garbage uniformly on the conveyor. Thereinto, the big bulky garbage will be sorted out manually and the rest garbage will enter into the magnetic separation machine where the metals can be sorted out.
- And then the rest will be sent to rotating screening machine. There are a lot of bores inside the machine with the diameter of 55 mm, so it can separate the wastes into two kinds. One is undersized wastes, smaller than 55 mm, most of which are organics and can be packed and used as fertilizer after iron matters are picked out.
- As for the oversized materials, they will be sent to magnetic separation machine again to pick iron drink cans or tins out from them.
- The rest will continue to enter into comprehensive winnowing machine, which can sort the wastes to the following types, light plastic waste; heavy materials (e.g. bricks and stones, rubber overshoes, ceramic chips, glasses, etc); and other materials like hard plastic, textile fabrics, rubber products and wet papers, etc.
- Finally, all of the sorted garbage will receive manual sorting again and then be packed and transported out to receive further process.
