Beston Group’s carbonization technology has achieved a new milestone! After completing the previous 120-hour continuous operation test, Beston Group officially launches 360 hours continuous operation test of the new generation biomass carbonization machine. The entire test is quite successful. This means that the performance of our equipment has once again passed the rigorous test. Thus, this lays the foundation for the next stage of technological breakthroughs.
Detailed Information of 360 Hours Continuous Operation Test
Our carbonization equipment operates stably throughout the process. The machine successfully completes 360-hour continuous operation test. This success marks that Beston new generation of carbonization equipment has reached new heights in reliability, stability and efficiency. The following is the specific information of this test:
- Test location: Beston Group’s factory in Xiuwu County, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, China;
- Equipment selected: Beston biomass carbonization machine;
- Start time of operation: 2 pm on July 4, 2024;
- Test cycle: 15 days (360 hours) of uninterrupted testing;
- Completion time of operation: 2 pm on July 19, 2024;
- Overall performance: excellent.
Monitoring Aspects of 360 Hours Continuous Operation Test
During the test, Beston’s technical team monitor the operation status of the biomass pyrolysis equipment. They mainly include:
- Temperature & air volume control: Ensure that the equipment operates according to the set working conditions. Maintain the stability of the carbonization process and the consistency of the carbonized product.
- Feeding and discharging status: Monitor the feeding speed of raw materials and the discharging of carbonized products. Ensure that no blockage occurs.
- Operation interface: Check whether the data and control functions of the PLC control cabinet operation interface are normal. Ensure that the equipment operates according to the predetermined program.
- Gas emission: Check the operation of the emission system to ensure that the exhaust gas meets environmental protection requirements.
In addition to the above, every link has reached the expected standard. The successful completion of this test not only verifies the design and manufacturing process of the equipment, but also lays the foundation for the subsequent large-scale application.
